At eYeka, we focus on delivering the best possible experience to our community of creative consumers. As such, we are building an international team to support our creators and assist them in more ways than one.
As part of this team we are looking for Community Support Representatives to interact with a multilingual and multicultural Community.

Job specifications:
In a start-up, fast-paced, agile and fun environment:
• Interact and provide support to a community of creative consumers
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the members behavior
• Optimize the daily communication with the members of the eYeka Community
• Monitor and update the contents sites, forums and other communication platforms relating to eYeka
• Moderate the content of the contests run on the eYeka website
• Analyze and recommend media
• Analyze members’ activity and feedback in order to assess our level of service
• Translate specific communications to the Community from English to supported languages
• Contribute to developing and implementing “Best Practices” related to Tools and internal Processes in order to resolve community issues
• Make recommendations for region-specific activities and content in collaboration with the Traffic Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary education
- For russian Community representative: Native Russian required
- For spanish Community representative: Native Hispanic required
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in one of the following languages is highly desired and will be considered as a definite plus:
    Russian, French, Simplified Chinese
- Knowledge of current social media trends and online behavior
- Superior written communication and inter-personal skills
- Real can-do attitude
- Excellent adaptability skills

Graphic Design Internship

Location: Paris

Your profile:
You just finished your graphic arts / multimedia studies and you are looking for a 3-months minimum internship or an “apprentissage” contract.

Job overview:
After being briefed by the Project Manager, you will be in charge of illustrating the dedicated webpages for each contest. You will be responsible for making the layout clear and attractive to our beloved community members. Whether it’s about yogurts, shampoo or a futuristic car, you will have to be imaginative and resourceful using the brand’s and eYeka’s guidelines.

Job specifications:
Your responsibilities will include:
• iconographic searches, layouts, webpages and banners design
• monitor and verify the digital assets received from the client and make them accessible online to the community

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- competent and can work independently on Photoshop / Illustrator
- comfortable working with HTML / CSS
- comfortable working in english as you will be working with an international team on a daily basis
- creative, motivated, open-minded and easy to work with

Experienced Web Developer

Location: Paris
Report to: Head of Research & Development

Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled Rails developer to strengthen our technology team in Paris (located near the Champs- Élysées). We’re on the verge of building a new service-oriented architecture using Ruby, Sinatra, Rspec and MongoDB.
These new services will support our current RoR applications to make it more scalable and easier to maintain going forward.
You will be able to proactively recommend you own solutions to enhance the overall experience of both our community members and clients. Ideally, you understand all the technical layers, from User Interface to Infrastructure, from Business Logic to Database management.

- Client-side technology: HTML5 (HAML), CSS (SASS), JS (JQuery required, Prototype recommended).

Project Manager

Location: Paris
Report to: Head of Delivery

Mission
Liaising between all eYeka services/departments, you will be responsible for delivering online projects on time. Working in close collaboration with the Account Managers, Strategic planners, Designers and Community Managers, based in Paris, London and Singapore, you will ensure all tasks are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be orchestrating internal resources, be it Sales, Account or Community managers. You must excel at internal customer service, be well organized, and have innate ability to constantly check details.

Key Accountabilities
- Attend to the day-to-day operational aspects of a project including providing direction and support to the project team, tracking delivery against critical milestones.
- Validate deliverables meet client’s needs and ensure their update if necessary.
- Facilitate communication with the Head of Delivery and the rest of the project team.
- Streamline issue resolution within the team and key stakeholders.
- Report on projects, monitor, control and aggregate stakeholders’ feedbacks to make sure learnings are properly captured and shared internally.

Skills & Experience

Required:
Be a team player, respectful of internal and external approvals and processes to maintain quality assurance and best practices.
Possess good organizational and project management skills in order to meet deadlines and to handle simultaneous projects with different or even conflicting priorities.
Be a quick learner with capacity of adaptation and driver of change, able to assimilate processes and improve it.

Previous project management experience, preferably in an international environment.
