Strategic Planner

Responsibility
  • Understand the strategic issues affecting our clients and their stakeholders
  • Advise our clients on how to use consumers’ creativity strategically
  • Develop compelling briefs and proposals to tap into the collective creative power of a global community of consumers
  • Analyze consumers’ creative input and transform them into meaningful insights and marketing recommendations for our clients
  • Conduct concept testing, workshops to gain additional insights that will add value to our recommendations
  • Engage with and manage a global network of certified partners (analysts, semioticians, category experts…) to ensure their contribution fits with our methodologies and quality standard

The ideal candidate
  • Mid-weight to senior strategic planner (brand or communication planning)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong interest in online communities and social web
  • Autonomous and self-starter
  • Able to travel within Asia and Europe
  • Used to deal with senior clients within large global or regional brands

Sales Director Asia – FMCG sector

Job summary
eYeka is expanding rapidly and looking for Sales Directors to accelerate its growth in Asia on the FMCG category.
Responsible for bringing in new business through exclusive direct sales of marketing crowdsourcing services to key accounts.
In this role the business development director will lead business development activities with a key focus on Asia.
Central to this role is the ability to engage new and existing key accounts in the FMCG category with the objective to build a solid pipeline of growth opportunities and achieve the targeted budget.
Responsible for negotiating deals, maintaining and growing customer relationships at senior level by identifying new opportunities with a solid consultative selling approach around crowdsourcing of marketing content and ideas.

Job description
  • Direct sales to senior marketing executives within key accounts in the CPG category
  • Build and develop key account plans
  • Define and implement key accounts strategies by coordinating sales efforts at regional and global level
  • Maximize the potential of direct & indirect account relationship
  • Identify growth opportunities within a key account organization
  • Consultative selling around crowdsourcing to educate key accounts
  • Deliver the sales orders objectives, monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Cultivate senior client relationships with your Tiers 1 & Tiers 2 accounts
  • Setup and manage expectations to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Update leads & opportunities over SalesForce every week & leverage on Box.Net to share your action plans and proposals with the global sales team

Key performance indicators
Total invoicing and cash collections generated by your accounts

Qualifications & experience
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • 7-10 years experience and proven track record in interacting with CMOs and senior marketing executives, either on the client or the agency/supplier side
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals in a marketing services, software or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with the marketing ecosystem i.e. creative and media agencies, consultancies, market research, AdTech and BrandTech companies
  • Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
